I’m a bad ass at opening new ventures but I would love an accountability system in place to keep my wildly stuffed brain on task and really kill it.

10B im a bad assYou’re already a success. You’re cranking out small businesses, new investments and exciting projects like there’s no tomorrow.

How did you do it? How did you get here? I’m guessing you knew exactly when to invest in your future, to invest in yourself and to invest in your businesses.

It can be lonely at the top and it can be tough to keep the momentum going. Even those of us with a ton of “real world” success are susceptible to self-doubt, second guessing and loss of purpose. Maybe you’re a wealthy and successful bachelor who wants to start finding the same success in your love life. Maybe you’re a successful artist who is losing their passion for the work they’re known for. Maybe you’re an entrepreneur who needs someone to look objectively at you and your work for important accountability and perspective.

Coaching can offer you that. Coaching can offer the support to keep your success going, to increase your satisfaction, fulfillment and make your life and business better. Here’s a quick interview of the Google CEO Eric Schmidt on “the best advise I ever got”. If you don’t want to watch a 45 second video (just go watch it’s so much better than reading it!) the quote that really resonates with me is

[A coach is] “somebody who can watch what [you’re] doing who can say “Is that what you really meant? Did you really do that thing? The one thing that people are never good at is seeing [themselves] the way others see them. A coach really, really helps.”

Get some perspective from someone who is invested in you being your highest and best as opposed to someone directly involved in your company. They’ve got too much stock in the game to have you make the bold move or shake the tree too hard. A coach will help you shake things up and make the big leaps forward.
